This year has been an especially challenging and stressful one for many of us. While we can’t always change the factors that contribute to this, we can use essential oils as a tool that nature has given us to help reduce stress and manage feelings of overwhelm.


In this 30 minute workshop we’ll focus on the different essential oils we can use to help de-stress, manage our mood and get restful sleep so we can better deal with any negative emotions that might arise. Essential oils can empower us to take control of our emotions and how we feel.
