PS. My Family Matters and the Woodend Neighbourhood House are inviting local carers to morning tea!
Join us for a morning of connection and support. Whether you're a full-time caregiver or just starting out on your caregiving journey, this gathering is for you. It's a great opportunity to meet others who understand the joys and challenges of caring for loved ones. We'll share stories, tips, and build a community of caring individuals.
