School feeling like a drag? Sleep non-existent? Concentration out the window?
Feeling anxious can really suck, leaving us feeling racy, nervous, exhausted and overwhelmed. Come learn some fun and practical ways to begin to understand, manage and respond to anxiety – tailored especially for teens!

Over the six weeks we will cover:
Martin Gladman is a social worker and counsellor who currently works for Cobaw Community Health as a Youth Outreach Counsellor. Martin offers counselling services and group session support to young people between the ages to 12 – 25 both in and outside of school. A quirky fact about Martin – he only eats green vegetables (alongside some quality proteins he assures us). No sugar, salt, gluten, dairy, yeast or grains – if it’s green, he’s keen! Whichleaves us wondering, what on earth does he eat?
