About the Event

What's it all about?

MindSpa sessions are a unique combination of gentle movement, relaxation, meditation and mindfulness activities designed to support you to enjoy time to yourself for self-care pampering. No previous experience with yoga or meditation is necessary.  Participants will learn some easy to use exercises and activities that they can incorporate into their own self-care practice.

Who will be leading the session?

Loren is an experienced workshop designer and facilitator, accredited to deliver meditation based training. Loren has been delivering sessions in the Macedon Ranges since 2017 and has developed a range of programs which are designed to support you to prioritise your mental health and self care as much as your physical wellbeing.

For more information about her work, visit the Meditation Makeover website or Meditation makeover on Instagram. Loren is also happy for you to contact her directly if you would like more information: meditationmakeover@gmail.com
