About the Event

What's it all about?

Our Standing Pilates Class is designed for everyone, whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to enhance your existing practice. This class focuses on strength, stability, and balance in an upright position. Using body weight exercises and a chair for support, we target the hips, legs, and core to improve posture and mobility.

The class is functional, fun, and accessible to all levels, helping you move with confidence while building strength and flexibility. Join us for an energizing workout that leaves you feeling strong and centered!

Who will be teaching?

Melanie Wencel has been teaching Pilates since 2013 completing the “Pilates For Real Bodies” course through Fitness Australia. She is also barre certified through Barre Attack with Renee Scott since 2021.
