About the Event
Spanner in the Works is a brand-new Youth Space for all young people aged 12-17 years.
Through a fortnightly program of events, activities, mentoring and workplace training, young people can connect with each other, youth services and the greater community.
The program is youth-led and can include movie and game nights, excursions and workshops (parkour, dance, DJ-ing, photography, cooking and much more) and workplace training (Barista, RSA, resume writing).
Spanner in the Works is a collaborative project between Macedon Ranges Shire Council and the Woodend Neighbourhood House. It runs from the Undercroft of the Woodend Neighbourhood House (access via the gates near the skate park) every second Wednesday.
Come along to tell the youth team what YOU want for YOUR youth space. No bookings required - just turn up!
