About the Event

What's it all about? Make the most of your iPhone or android device and learn how to take amazing pictures with your smartphone camera. This two-session short course will help you take, tweak, organise, store and share your photos. The course will be tailored to the skills and interests of those registered and can also cover basic digital photography with a digital camera if participants are interested.

Who will be teaching? Hubert Weisrock was busily involved in organising youth groups, camps and bike tours in his homeland of Germany. His 25 years as technical officer on all types of mercantile and passenger ships took him many times around the world. In September 1991, while still working full time on ships, he and his wife Anna started to build a mud brick house in Woodend. After his retirement in 2002 he wandered into the Neighbourhood House, where his passion for photography, gardening, walking and cycling, and DIY was soon put to good use.

Term 2 2023 Information Smartphone Photography short course will run over two consecutive Friday afternoons between 3pm and 5pm. Sessions in Term 2 will run on Friday 16th and 23rd June. The cost for this short course is $5 per person.
