About the Event

Regular, meaningful conversations with the people close by can help prevent small things from becoming big things. By checking in regularly, you build trust and normalise talking about what’s really going on, so when the people in your world find themselves struggling, they know you’re someone they can talk to.
With R U OK? Day just around the corner, we wanted to add our support to this important campaign.
On Thursday 12th September between 12.30pm - 2.30pm, we're having a sausage sizzle in the garden of the Woodend Neighbourhood House. Come a long, grab a sausage and check in with those around you. We'd love to have you along!
RSVP not required, though if you want to chat to us beforehand, give us a call on 5427 1845 between 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday.
