About the Event
What’s it all about?
Children in Prep to Grade 2 are invited to join the STEMBuddy team for an interactive Robo Explorer workshop, featuring Blue-Bot – a fun and engaging floor robot designed to teach coding and control.
Blue-Bot is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing participants to explore coding both with and without screens, making it suitable for a variety of abilities and learning styles. During the session, children will learn how to program and guide Blue-Bot through exciting challenges, building confidence and problem-solving skills along the way.
Who will be leading the session?
The workshop will be led by STEMBuddy Coding & Robotics Education, Australia – a proudly Australian-owned and operated tech-education company.
STEMBuddy specialises in hands-on, project-based learning that encourages children to learn by doing. Their programs cater to a wide range of ages and interests, delivered by experienced instructors who are passionate about STEM education.

The Robo Explorer workshop will run between 10am and 12pm on Monday 22nd September and costs $45 per participant, with all materials included.
