About the Event
What's it all about? Rise and Shine Yoga will help you start your day on the right note.
This beginners level Hatha Yoga class will gently warm and limber the whole body, whilst offering space to connect with the breath encouraging calm and peaceful thoughts.
Who will be teaching? Sarah will be teaching our Rise and Shine Yoga class.
After moving back to the Macedon Ranges in 2016, the opportunity to practice Yoga, on a personal level, unfolded for Sarah. Having passionately practiced Pilates for years, Sarah embraced the mat and Yoga teachings with a new curiosity, and quickly found that it offered a unique and calming practice, whilst providing a beautiful sense of coming home.
In 2021, having worked in the health industry for 14 years, Sarah completed the 200hr 'Teaching Training: Beginning Level' though the Integral Yoga Academy, as she felt there is much to gain from regularly practicing such a holistic offering.
Now affiliated with Yoga Australia, Sarah is honoured to share space and passion for a practice she believes can strengthen and inspire the mind, body and soul.
This is a relaxed class to begin your journey into Yoga.
