About the Event
What it is all about?
Unwind with this deeply restful, supported mat-based practice designed to calm your mind and rejuvenate your body. Using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you will be guided into gentle, restorative poses held for longer periods to encourage deep relaxation and release tension stored in the body. This class is perfect for anyone seeking to slow down, reduce stress, and nurture their nervous system in a peaceful, welcoming environment. No prior yoga experience is needed – simply come as you are and allow yourself to rest and reset.
This mat based workshop is open to beginners and seasoned Yoga practitioners.
Note: Please confirm with your doctor that it is safe for you to attend a yoga workshop before enrolling.
