What's it all about?

Music and movement can lift your mood, boost your brain health and bring people together.

Join these free community sessions and experience the joy! The sessions will help you:

  • Feel Good

  • Stay Active

  • Stay Connected

  • Strengthen body, mind and community

Who can attend the program?

  • YES - you are a senior or of any age

  • YES - you are fit and well, but enjoy movement and music

  • YES - you have neurodegenerative conditions such as Parkinsons, dementia, MND, HD, Strokie

  • YES - you are a carer or relative

  • YES - you are in a youth group

EVERYONE IS WELCOME - NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Who will be leading the program?

This program is led by Angela and Richard Snowdon, who bring a complementary mix of experience in movement, recreation, music, and wellbeing.

Angela Snowdon is a qualified dance teacher with certifications in First Aid, Occupational Health and Safety, and spiritual care from internationally accredited organisations. She brings a warm, inclusive approach to movement and is experienced in creating safe, supportive spaces for people of all abilities.

Richard Snowdon is a recreation and music facilitator with a Bachelor of Recreation Management and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration. He also holds a First Aid certificate and has extensive experience supporting community‑based programs that promote wellbeing through creative and recreational activities.

Together, Angela and Richard offer a thoughtful, person‑centred approach that supports enjoyment, connection, and confidence for all participants.
