Mahjong is a game of skill, strategy and calculation and involves a degree of chance. The game is played with a set of tiles based on Chinese characters and symbols in groups of four.
This group is for experienced players.
If you are new to Mahjong or would like a refresher, we are running a beginners class in August. Visit our website for more information.
Term 3 2025 Information
Mahjong runs on a Tuesday afternoon in the Rodney Snell Function Room between 12.30pm and 3pm (2.5hour session).
In term 3 2025, the term runs for 8 weeks, starting on Tuesday 29th July until Tuesday 16th September. The cost for the 8 week term is $40 (8 x 2.5hour sessions at $5 per session). Payment can be made online or in person at the Woodend Neighbourhood House.
