About the Event
What's it all about?
Mahjong is a game of skill, strategy and calculation, with an element of chance. It is played in groups of four using a set of tiles based on Chinese characters and symbols.
For new players, we are offering a beginners course in Term 2, running over 10 weeks.
The first four weeks will be held on Wednesday mornings and will focus on structured, supervised game play. After this, the beginners table will join the regular Tuesday afternoon group for a further six weeks.
