About the Event

What’s it all about? Learn the art of Macrame and create your own Wall Hanging to proudly hang in your home or gift to a friend.

In this fun macrame workshop, you learn various traditional macrame knotting techniques which you will use to create a beautiful boho style wall hanging.

No previous experience is necessary.

All materials are provided.

What will we cover? During this workshop you will learn how to make a wall hanging to take home for yourself or as a gift for a friend or family member.

This workshop is a great beginner workshop if you have no experience and are interested in developing your macramé skills with a great group of people.

All materials (including biodegradable macrame string) are included and you will leave with your own macrame wall hanging.

Who will be teaching? Hello! My name is Oz and I design, create and share my love for the macrame at Lennon + me. Living in the world's longest locked-down city brought out my creativity and my 3 years old son Lennon inspired me to start this journey 2 years ago. I have been teaching and running regular workshops for months now and I absolutely love it, there is no better feeling than students going home with such pride in the finished pieces. I’m also a proud member of Migrant Women in Business!
