About the Event

Do you have challenges at work or in an organisation? Do you wish to be able to deal with difficult conversations? Do you wish that you are able to find ways to improve how you work with others?

Over six weeks, join Yona Heward from the Heyward Group as she delivers a series of two-hour workshops covering different areas of human skills to improve how you work with other people.

  3. The importance of culture in an organisation (1 Nov 2023)
  4. Understand Defensiveness in ourselves and others (8 Nov 2023)

Who will be leading the workshops?

Yona Heyward trains individuals in corporate organisations to build soft skills and develop effective teams. She believes that we all need to have the opportunity to learn these skills and thrive in whatever endeavours we wish to be successful in.

Yona has worked in education for 30 years both in Australia and the United Kingdom. She has a great passion for assisting others in both professional and personal development. Trained in observational, evaluating and reflective skills, she has an eye for identifying difficulties in the way teams work together which assists in finding effective solutions to unlock the potential of both individuals and teams.

Term 4 2023 Information

This six-week course will run on Wednesday evenings from 15th October until 22nd November 2023 between 7pm and 9pm. The cost for the six-week course is $270.

If you wish to register for a single workshop, the cost per workshop is $45. Our booking system will allow you to book for single or multiple sessions - assuming there is space.
