About the Event

What's it all about?

In difficult conversations, what is unsaid is just as important as what is said. So, what are the hidden parts that make difficult conversations difficult?

In this workshop, you will experience:

  • The variations between different types of perspectives
  • Identify three different conversations that are occurring in the one discussion
  • How our defensiveness also plays a part and how to deal with it
  • How to handle difficult conversations for positive outcomes

You will have the tools to have a difficult conversations but maintain good relationships with those you are talking with.

Who will be leading the workshops?

This session is open to all who wish to improve their skills in working with others. The workshop will be delivered by Yona Heyward from Heyward Group who are passionate about empowering people. Yona have delivered this workshop to corporate companies who have seen difference in behaviour in their staff for the betterment of their teams.

Term 3 2024 Information

This workshop will run on Tuesday 30th July between 7pm and 9pm. The cost for the workshop is $80.
