About the Event
The Woodend Neighbourhood House and Creative Me invite local unpaid carers to a Christmas Craft Workshop. For some extra sparkle and colour this Christmas we will be making beautiful felt ornaments and garlands!
This workshop has been made possible thanks to the generous support of Carers Victoria.
Whether you're a full-time caregiver or just starting out on your caregiving journey, this workshop is a great opportunity to meet others who understand the joys and challenges of unpaid caring for loved ones. Each participant will create their very own Christmas Ornament to take home.
Who will be leading the session?
Creative Me is a mobile art “un-school” working in the Macedon Ranges and beyond, our clients ranging from preschoolers to seniors. We run joyful creative workshops focused on process and the pleasure of making. We aim to inspire everyone to embrace their inner artist and grow in creative confidence.
Additional Information
The Felt Christmas Decorations for Carers Workshop will run between 10am and 11.30am on Monday 25th November. It is free for unpaid carers, however registration is essential.
