About the Event
What's it all about?
Creative Circle Woodend gives you space to lose yourself in creative play while connecting with like-minded people.
Enjoy project prompts, inspiring visuals, on-hand advice, an artist talk, and more. Explore a variety of mediums – ink, pencil, paint, paper, collage, and print. This class isn’t about perfect outcomes or formal drawing skills; it’s about discovery, expression, joyful aesthetics, and following your intuition.
For the first eight weeks, a different project will be explored in two-week blocks. The final two weeks focus on an individual project. Participants can expect to produce up to six projects throughout the term.
Come together for wellbeing and creative fun – no experience needed.
Who will be leading the session?

Born into a family of artists, Penelope has been immersed in visual culture throughout her schooling and tertiary studies. She studied graphic design at Monash University and textile design at RMIT University. She has lectured in interior design at Holmesglen Institute and continues to share her expertise, most recently guiding primary school students in multimedia art projects.
