Art is a relaxing activity that relieves tension and stress and can have extremely positive impacts on your health. That is why Bendigo Health Carer Support Services are hosting a lovely morning tea and guided art session at Woodend Neighbourhood House for carers in our region.
Event is free though tickets are limited.
