What it is all about?
Relax, recharge and renew with Yoga! Learn and practice a variety of Yoga techniques designed to help us de-stress, bring balance and good health to all our bodily systems and bring peace and calm to the mind.
Classes are in the Integral Yoga style – a very versatile approach to Yoga that is accessible to everybody and focuses on letting go of competition and ensuring that everyone can feel comfortable to practice in a way that honours their body and suites their personal needs. Classes are suitable for both beginners and seasoned Yoga practitioners.
All classes will be held at Woodend Neighbourhood House in term 4 (October to December). Click on the class time to book in.
How do the tickets work?
The 5 and 10 class passes will work across all classes. Can’t make it to your Monday morning class? Make up for it by coming to any other class that week.
