From 1 August 2018 we’ll be administering the bookings for the Woodend RSL as well as our own spaces.  

Our partnership with the Woodend RSL has grown since we moved community lunch from the House to the RSL to enable more people to attend. 

Woodend RSL offers a modern, well-equipped hall for hire. Facilities include:

  • Capacity for 100 people seated for dining
  • Fully stocked and licensed bar facilities (bar staff with Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificates)

    Commercial kitchen

  • Accredited kitchen (volunteer staff with Food Handling Certificates available)
  • Outdoor BBQ area within the licensed area

  2. Read the Woodend RSL Conditions of UseFrequently Asked Questions and see Hire Rates
  3. Complete the booking enquiry form

 

Then:

  1. We’ll be in touch to confirm your booking or offer an alternative date
  2. We’ll invoice you

RSL Calendar Terms & Conditions RSL Hire Rates FAQs

Please note that all times members of the Woodend RSL Sub Branch and visitors must comply with the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 including preventing the following offences: 

  • Supply liquor to intoxicated person
  • Permit drunken or disorderly person on licensed premises
  • Supply or permit liquor to be supplied to a person under 18 other than as permitted
  • Permit a person under 18 on licensed premises, other than as permitted
  • Permit liquor to be supplied or consumed outside the premises licensed area

 

As with anything new we may have a some teething problems.  If you spot an error or think something could be improved please let us know.
