The House is available for use seven days a week and has eight spaces to hire at very affordable rates.

We charge very affordable rates for room hire and offer special rates for not-for-profit organisations and community groups. All our rooms have hydronic heating and fans. The lounge room has air conditioning.
The Front room is located off the reception area. It is a carpeted room with a screen, wall-mounted whiteboard, portable whiteboard, four lightweight foldable tables and 12 chairs. This room seats 12 comfortably with the tables or around 20 with no tables.
The Round room is a small carpeted meeting space with a round table and six chairs.
The Garden room is in the new part of the House. It is a carpeted room with white walls and blinds. There are three lightweight foldable tables and 8 chairs. This room seats 8-10 comfortably with the tables or around 15 with no tables.
The Rodney Snell Function room is our largest room. It is used for meetings, classes and events. This room has 10 light-weight tables and 60 chairs. The high ceiling, large white walls and in-floor power are perfect for presentations. There is also a sink in one corner of the room and a roller door storage area for tables and some chairs. The floor is vinyl.
Shirley Perrott was a founding member of the House and we have named our lounge room after her. This space has a couch and four comfortable chairs as well as a children’s table and toy corner and is home to our bring-and-borrow library. This carpeted room has reverse cycle air conditioning and is a great place to enjoy a chat and a cool drink on a hot day.
The Resource room is a small desk space perfect for use as a hot desk, or one on one meetings.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, range cooker (gas hob and electric oven) and a dishwasher. It has a central island bench, on wheels, which contains some kitchen equipment and cutlery and crockery for 30.
The Undercroft is a space directly under the function room. This space opens up into the community garden and is more of a ‘messy’ space that can be used for activities. Currently it is being used by Art Smarties, our pottery classes.
