Yoga for Kids is Playful, Fun and Energetic. The classes consist of movement, breathing, visualisation and relaxation. We take a journey together each week where we learn something about ourselves and each other.
In this 4 week course children will be introduced to

– Fun breathing techniques

– Waking up and shaking up our bodies
– Discovering the magic of yoga and how we can use it in our every day lives
