About the Event

What's it all about?

Tai Chi and Qigong are traditional practices known for their ability to support overall health and well-being. These gentle, flowing movements can help relax both the mind and body in a single session.

With regular practice, Tai Chi and Qigong offer a wide range of potential benefits, including improved balance, strength, blood pressure and immune function.

This class is suitable for beginners, as well as those with some grounding in Tai Chi and Qigong.

Who will be leading the session?

Anne Dolphin is privileged to have learned from esteemed teachers in the disciplines of Tai Chi and Qigong. Her journey began in 2007 under the guidance of Patricia Kent, founder of Lilac Moon Tai Chi. Anne is also a student of Master Liu Wanchun, a 6th Dan Wushu champion.

Join Anne for a 7 Week Course in Tai Chi and Qigong. The short course will run from Thursday 5th February until Thursday 26th March between 2pm - 3pm.
