No class 24 November or 1 December
Some gentle stretching and strengthening to start the day. The class will include simple breathing and meditation techniques to calm and soothe the mind and body.
Individual needs are taken into account and modifications are offered where needed. If you can’t get on the floor, then this class can be conducted entirely in a chair. You’ll leave feeling fresh, relaxed and invigorated for the week ahead, whichever way you choose to do the exercises.

Melissa is a yoga teacher and sound practitioner who loves empowering people through yoga. She often incorporates sound into her classes, introducing chimes and Himalayan singing bowls to complement the practice. She studied Anthropology and Marine Biology at University, has a passion for backyard bees and hopes that one day the local wildlife will leave some veggies in the patch for her.
