Mindfulness is the practise of bring attention to the present moment. The practise of mindfulness has wonderful benefits such as; decrease stress, anxiety and depression, and to increase overall health and wellbeing. The workshop will give you some practical tools for practising mindfulness with the benefits of increased positive affects. All activities are empirically based from research in the field of positive psychology.

Jennifer Henderson is a qualified, experienced educator with a Bachelor of Education and a recent Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing. Currently raising her 4 young children, she is always acquiring and applying new knowledge to live a life that is integrated and fulfilling.
