 What it’s all about

Mindfulness is the practise of bring attention to the present moment. The practise of mindfulness has wonderful benefits such as; decrease stress, anxiety and depression, and to increase overall health and  wellbeing.  The workshop will give you some practical tools for practising mindfulness with the benefits of increased positive affects. All activities are empirically based from research in the field of positive psychology.


In this three hour workshop, you will;

  • explore mindfulness and mindlessness
  • experience the positive affects of noticing and savouring
  • discover personal values and how to use them mindfully


All materials will be provided.

About your tutor

Jennifer Henderson is a qualified, experienced educator with a Bachelor of Education and a recent Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing.  Currently raising her 4 young

children, she is always acquiring and applying new knowledge to live a life that is integrated and fulfilling.
