We believe it’s never too late to get active, so why not start the day right and get up and moving with Jan’s Seniors Exercise class. Look after yourself and become energised by moving every joint in the body on a weekly basis.
What will we cover?
Have fun moving to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. A range of equipment is used for all different fitness levels including weights, resistance bands, and balls.
Everyone who attends the Seniors Fitness class is also invited to a lunch on the last Wednesday of each month – friends make fitness fun!
NB Wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move in
Jan is a lifelong fitness fanatic. Since teaching PE to both primary and secondary students it is only natural that now she teaches it to those later in life! When Jan’s not travelling the countryside helping others get the best out of their body movements you might see her out in the paddock with horses or even riding them!
