This year has been an especially challenging and stressful one for many of us, with added financial pressure and many of us working and schooling at home.
While we can’t change many of these factors, we can use essential oils as a tool that nature has given us to help us reduce stress and manage feelings of overwhelm.
In this 30 minute workshop we’ll focus on the different essential oils you can use to help de-stress, manage your mood and get restful sleep so you can better deal with any negative emotions that might come up.
