These sessions are designed to guide, prompt, and encourage participants in their writing of fiction, poetry, haiku, or memoirs. Suitable for both emerging and experienced writers.
The focus for 2021 will be on writing for publication. Weekly sessions will concentrate on writing prompts, how to complete a piece of work, tips on self-editing and how to get your writing ready to submit to publishers of magazines, anthologies, and books.
Have something to write with and something to write on: pen, notebook, laptop, iPad, etc.
Myron is the author of six books and is about to publish his seventh. He is a founding editor of the magazine Going Down Swinging and a publisher at Hit & Miss Publications. Myron has conducted writing workshops since 1989 and is one of the small band of writers in Australia to have made his living from poetry. He enjoys helping people practice and improve their creative writing output, and to prepare them for publication.
