Which great idea deserves $500?
Thank you Woodend, we’ve received bags of great ideas.
The Community Bag team got together at their weekly working session and judged all the ideas. Each idea scored points out of five for: community focus, inclusiveness, environmental impact, social impact, uniqueness and creativity.
The points were tallied and the top three projects are now open for public voting here or in person at the House or Woodend Library.
Voting closes on 15 August 2018 and the winner will be announced at the Community Lunch on Friday 17 August.

What if we didn’t make the cut?
Entries that didn’t make the top three are not being bagged!
They’ll be included in the Woodend Neighbourhood House strategic planning discussions which are being held in September. All the entries we received are valuable community projects and most fit perfectly with our mission of continuing to create, build and strengthen community.
