Who is teaching?
Following the coffee bean trail, Remy moved from Sydney to Melbourne to pursue his passion in the barista trade. After serving up top quality coffee in all the leading cafes of Melbourne, he is now bringing that authentic coffee experience to the Macedon Ranges. Remy is a true coffee devotee, but his passion for the best hot beverage doesn’t stop at the caffeinated variety – he’s even travelled to India to stay on a spice farm to learn the secret of making the perfect chai!
Remy will be running this course four times over the Spring to help you get ready for a summer job – pick the dates that suit you and enrol today. Each course only has four places, so get in quick!
